Shenandoah Square HOA

Shenandoah Square is a community of 98 town homes located just off George O'neal Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. HOA dues are $400 annually and may be paid in full January of each year or in two installments of $200 due January and July of each year.

Our HOA is self regulated by a Board elected each year by the Homeowners.  The Board is a group of volunteers and are not compensated by the Association in anyway.  Please email the Board with any issue or concerns you may have.  The Board works very hard to address all issues in a timely manner and will respond to all emails.

***GOOD NEWS***

Arrow Pest Control will be in the neighborhood on Thursday 4/18/2024 to apply our annual termite treatment.

All functions of this treatment will be to the traps located around the perimeter of the homes, but they may need to access your back yard. Please send an email to the HOA, shenandoahsqhoa@hotmail.com, if you have any questions

Homeowner's are responsible for the fences on their own property
